No kidding! I haven’t been but some friends have and they loved it. Not the best place in the world I gather for vegans. Aparently fresh fruit and veggies are hard to come by.
What a nice, cheerful and inspiring piece of information! Thank you for sharing it, and making us in that way appreciate something unique to Iceland,,, and yet that all of us who love poetry and writing and books can relate to with love and joy!
