the garden of innocence, a poem

Before Dawn

Before Dawn

our lashes brush the heavens at dawn
when the rose scent carries love
when grass has shed its tears of joy
and the willow weeps with happiness

the garden of innocence is a healing ground
where dogmas and dharma are stilled
here nature speaks to the heart and
a simple soul can stroll unfettered
