Wow… A heartbreaking poem.. can’t believe we are the ones who make this world the way it is and we are the ones who pay the price. thank you for the sharing this poem… it really did say what needs to be said….
Yes, Jamie. Let us say a prayer for the whole world. Let us hope to quieten those voices, that jump on a bandwagon laden with bigotry, that take any opportunity to shout their cause from any hilltop that allows them; and spike even a conflict, if not of weapons, of words!
